David Welder graduated cum laude from Central Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2006. He graduated cum laude from Washburn University School of Law in 2009. While in law school, David wrote for the Washburn Law Journal. Additionally, David interned at the United States Attorney’s Office and for Federal District Court Judge Carlos Murguia.
Following law school, David began working at a large downtown Kansas City, Missouri law firm representing individuals and business entities involving contract disputes, construction issues, misrepresentation, negligence, worker’s compensation, insurance disputes, and other various torts.
