John Hicks
Mr. Hicks has extensive litigation and trial experience and tried thirty-eight jury trials in Kansas and Missouri State courts. He represents clients in medical malpractice, nursing home, correctional healthcare, professional negligence, premises liability and personal injury. John has been recognized by his peers in The Kansas City Business Journal’s Best of the Bar and Kansas and Missouri Super Lawyers. Mr. Hicks is also an active member of the Veteran’s Court of Johnson County, Kansas. John joined the firm in October 2001 and became a managing member in 2018.
Personal:
Mr. Hicks grew up in Blue Springs, Missouri and now resides in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife Dana, and their three children: Michael, Reagan and Emma.
