Paul A. Breer is an attorney who focuses on civil litigation. Mr. Breer specializes in construction law, business litigation, education law, and medical malpractice.

Paul grew up in Shawnee, Kansas, and now resides in Overland Park, Kansas. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 2013 and went on to graduate cum laude from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2017, where he was Managing Editor of the UMKC Law Review. Paul joined Norris Keplinger Hicks &Welder in 2018.
